Streamline Tower, a high-rise residential community located at 150 North Las Vegas Boulevard, reached a construction milestone today finishing the top floor of the 21-story building.
The 217-foot tower is in the heart of the $14 billion downtown revitalization effort spearheaded by the City of Las Vegas and Mayor Oscar Goodman. It is the first residential high rise under construction in the Cityís new Entertainment District. Residents of the tower will have access to ten casinos, more than 30 restaurants and a multitude of entertainment venues within six blocks of their homes.
The tower consists of 275 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, a six-level, 428-space parking garage, and 12,000 square feet of street level retail. It offers 14 different floor plans, ranging in size from 847 square feet to 2,044 square feet. Prices range from the $400,000ís to a little more than $1.4 million.
Streamline offers residents several luxury amenities, including a 1,275-sq-ft fitness center, clubhouse, two meeting rooms with a big-screen TV and kitchen, and a rooftop swimming pool with an open-air, landscaped terrace.
