Urban Village Las Vegas

Together five distinct affordable luxury communities will create the Urban Village with over 2000 residences. The four communities will cover over 50 acres on the south Las Vegas Strip, between Cactus and Silverado. Urban Village will be part of the 200 acre South Pointe master plan which includes the Grandview timeshares and a new Station Casino.

At Urban village you will be able to choose a variety of homes from lofts, brownstones, live-work flats, to high-rise condos. Urban Village will feature one, two and three bedroom homes ranging in size from a little under 1,000 up to 3,000 square feet. Urban Village will consist of affordable luxury condominiums starting in the upper $100s up to $1 million.
