Trump Towers Las Vegas
[ Home ] [ BUY ]   [ News ] [ Calendar ] [ Images ] [ Floorplans ]All 1,282 condominium units of the Trump International Hotel and Tower Las Vegas have been reserved, according to Jack Christie, vice president of sales and marketing.
"I don't think Las Vegas has ever seen anything like it," Christie said. "The excitement generated by a Trump property being developed in Las Vegas has drawn potential buyers from around the world and from a variety of ages and lifestyles."
Prospective buyers can still register their names on an interest list should units become available in the future. Christie also noted an interest list has been created for a second, near-identical hotel condominium tower planned for the site.
A joint venture between Donald J. Trump and New Frontier Hotel owner Phil Ruffin, the $500 million, 64-story condominium-hotel is being built on a portion of the gaming hotel's property.
It will comprise 880 studio and 352 one-bedroom designs on the 16th-59th floors; and 50 deluxe one-, two-, and three-bedroom penthouses and suites on the top five floors. Pricing during the final phase ranged from the $600,000s to $6 million.
Amenities will include 24-hour concierge and security services; a spa, fitness center and salon; a heated outdoor pool and sundeck with a bar; a business center with meeting facilities; doorman and valet parking services, and gourmet and casual restaurants.
