The Village At Queensridge Las Vegas

The Village will blend the vital energy of Las Vegas with the Mediterranean Old World architectural styling and an array of contemporary lifestyle options. All inspired by the spirit of the Spanish country villas and infused with vibrant, cultural atmosphere and bustling human activity of a true community. The Village will be developed by one of the oldest families in Las Vegas, The Peccole family, in a join venture with Executive Homes. When complete the 1.4 million square foot mixed use Village will consist of 340 luxurious condominium homes. Buyers will be living steps away form 700,000, give or take, square foot of retail, restaurant, entertainment and office space. Of the total building space being developed, 250,000 square feet will consist of office space and 450,000 square feet will be the retail and restaurants. There will be 18 separate buildings in total.
