The Curve Las Vegas is more than a Las Vegas hirise – it is a planned community village that includes work, shopping, and entertainment venues. The suburban environment is combined with urban conveniences for living, working, shopping, dining and entertainment on a 475. acre development near the Las Vegas Strip.

The development offers high-rise condominiums in six floor plans ranging from 1,078 to 2,046 square feet, along with resort amenities, retail boutiques, restaurants and intermixed office space. Priced from the $400,000s, the homes have one or two bedrooms and one to three baths.

The 17.5-acre first phase of The Curve, located inside the I-215/Beltway curve between Durango Drive and Sunset Road, will include two 18-story luxury condominium towers, 12 buildings with 109,653 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and 61,201 square feet of commercial loft office space located above the retail stores.

Pedestrian plazas and an urban park located within the shopping promenade will provide a large central area for residents and visitors to enjoy. The Curve homes have floor-to-ceiling windows and large terraces, offering views of the Las Vegas valley.
