Downtown will be getting a makeover starting with Stanhi, the new Vegas project by Sam Cherry Development. The Stanhi Building, soon to be located in the Arts district, is the third project announced by Sam Cherry. The first was Soho lofts which will be complete soon after the Vegas New Year celebrations. The second was Newport Lofts and is scheduled for completion in fall 2006.
This high rise on the horizon will be upwards of 65 floors with 425 residential units. The overall design will be modern Asian. From the luxurious accommodations to a full concierge service and a world renowned spa and health club, nothing will come closer to full-time hotel-style living.
