Soon to be located on West Charleston and Grand Central Parkway, Sandhurst is planning to be the first residential tower in down town Las Vegas. One block from the new World Market Center is where this nature inspired building will rise up 35 stories high. The gated luxury high rise residential tower includes penthouses and duplexes designed with amenities and value for the highest standard of living. At Sandhurst they believe that you should get what you pay for, which explains the 10’ to 20’ ceiling heights and 360” views of the surrounding mountains and the Las Vegas Strip.
Sandhurst was originally going to be a one tower project but rumor has it two more towers are in the works. Plans for the additional towers are still unknown except that their heights are going to be less then 35 stories. Completion of the first tower is scheduled 24 months after breaking ground this September.
