Residences At MGM Grand Las Vegas

High-rise condominiums with access to the amenities of a hotel casino are offered at the Residences at MGM Grand, a joint development on the Las Vegas Strip by MGM Grand and South Florida-based Turnberry Associates.
The development consists of three 40-story towers being built on the northeast end of MGM Grand’s 116-acre property. Each tower has 576 condominiums. Sales are underway for Tower C with prices ranging from $450,000 to more than $2 million.
Towers A and B are sold out and are under construction, with completion for Tower A expected in June 2006. The condominiums come fully furnished in a variety of floor plans, including studios and one- and two-bedroom designs. The units measure from 600 to 1,600 square feet.
Each studio features a spacious bedroom and sitting area, a kitchenette and a large master bath. Each one-bedroom suite includes a full kitchen with a dining area, a living room, a master bedroom, two baths and a private balcony.Buyers also can purchase a combination suite — a studio plus a one-bedroom unit — that provides two bedrooms and three baths.
Features include crown molding, raised-panel wood doors, plush wall-to-wall bedroom carpeting, high-speed voice/data communication, granite counters, Italian kitchen cabinets by Snaidero, Sub-Zero refrigerators and Meile appliances. Other highlights include baths with Jacuzzi tubs and ultra-thin flat-screen HDTVs.
Each of the three towers will feature 24-hour front-desk and concierge services, in-suite dining and a guarded security entrance. State-of-the-art fitness centers and exclusive swimming pool complexes are also included.
The residents have access to such amenities as MGM Grand’s 171,000-square-foot casino, a lush outdoor pool complex with five swimming pools and private cabanas, the Grand Spa with 30 treatment rooms, a variety of restaurants, shopping outlets and entertainment.
