With in it there are 218 individually owned luxury condominiums, which range from studios size units to seven spacious penthouses. Almost every unit provides an incredible view of the strip or the landmark Sunrise Mountain.

Being strategically located on the grounds of the Las Vegas International Country Club puts it in the heart of the city. Within minutes from Regency Towers you can experience all the shopping entertainment, business and dinning facilities of Sin City.

In addition, Regency has twenty-four hour on-site security, closed circuit cameras located throughout the building, and internal electronic systems, completing the ultimate in personal safety. The privacy and security they afford is evident as you arrive at the guarded gate of the completely walled country club grounds.

Only looking to stay for a night? Regency offers limited-use guest rooms at a nominal rate for our resident's. A total of five guest rooms are available, including one suite.
