One Queensridge Place Las Vegas

Queensridge Place is a joint project between Executive Home Builders and Peccole Nevada Corp. They broke ground in April for the first phase of the project, commonly described as European-style "custom condominiums."

"It really is a custom home in the sky," sales director Florence Shapiro said. The amount of included customized features together with multiple floor plans, the variety of bathrooms, kitchens and high-end finishes that buyers have to choose from, provides a unique opportunity."

The finished community will be located at Rampart Boulevard and Alta Drive, within the Queensridge community adjacent to the Badlands Golf Course.

Yohan Lowie, principal of Executive Home Builders, designed the interior finishes.

"In scale and proportion and attention to detail, the look and feel of One Queensridge Place is one of true elegance. Its character is one of unquestionable uniqueness," Lowie said. "It combines the qualities of design, location and value that will be unmatched."

JMA Architecture Studios designed the project.

"The development team selected a design theme that characterizes the Art Nouveau style that originated in Paris," architect and company President Thomas Schoeman said. "This theme permeates throughout the buildings and grounds starting at the metal-roofed gatehouse and its decorative wrought-iron gates and reappearing at the metal roofed towers with their beckoning cupolas."

The smallest of the residences at One Queensridge Place measure about 2,000 square feet, but can get as high as 16,500 square feet with prices beginning at $1.2 million.

The first residents are expected in late 2006.
