Pinnacle One Las Vegas

The Pinnacle condominiums will consist of approximately 592 units and 1,184 residences in two luxury high-rise towers, each 36 stories tall. The project is located at the southwest corner of Tropicana Blvd. and Cameron approximately 1.5 miles west of the Las Vegas Strip. This project will be residential condo versus the more numerous condo-hotel projects located on the Las Vegas Strip. The Pinnacle’s target buyers will be permanent residents, second home and vacation home buyers. The units will enjoy 180 degree views of the Las Vegas Strip facing east, and majestic, snow-peaked mountain views facing west.
The project is being developed by The Falcon Group, a joint venture between Praxis Resources and the land owner. It is one of very few projects in Las Vegas to have all governmental approvals, including final site approval. It will also benefit from the fact that the land, valued at approximately $70 million, is completely debt-free. This will make construction financing a much easier task. Marshall Stevens, a New York brokerage firm, is working with major international lenders on the construction financing, including names such as Royal Bank of Scotland, Deutsche Bank, and the Sultan of Brunei. The General Contractor has not yet been selected, but only a few major Las Vegas firms are in the running for the construction contract including the most notable, M.J. Dean and VCC.
They are also pleased to announce the release of Pinnacle’s “bridge suites,” an exciting new architectural element inspired by the Atlantis resort in the Bahamas. This limited number of ultra-luxurious residences are two-story glass-clad units, each with their own roof-top garden featuring both mountain and Strip views. The more you know about Pinnacle the more extraordinary it becomes. Situated on more then 12 acres, Pinnacle is unique among the condominium developments in Las Vegas.
