The Ivana Tower will be the tallest residential building in Las Vegas, Nevada and feature some of the most exclusive amenities available. A massive 73 stories tall, this project was formerly named The Summit Las Vegas but has adopted the name of the world renowned millionairess due to her involvement with the project. The skyline changing tower is one of several luxury condos on the Strip.

The Ivana luxury condo project is going to be a 923 foot tall condominium tower that will be centrally located on the northeast corner of Sahara and Las Vegas Boulevards, across from the Sahara Casino. Las Vegas Ivana luxury condos will replace the old and poorly maintained Holy Cow Casino Brew Pub along with a small parking garage. It will also be close to the new Allure Condos which are going up as we speak. Plans call for the lower floors to be fully furnished and available for rental if the condo owners choose. Of 74 stories, the top 16 floors will contain 151 permanent residential units, called "Sky Homes".
