High-rise Urban Experience or H.U.E Lofts will become the heart of downtown Las Vegas in the Arts district. This soon to be, 38 story tower and will feature 278 two story lofts ranging in price from $450,000 to $900,000. "I'm developing this site to address what I believe is a tremendous need in this section of downtown Las Vegas," said local developer Eddie Haddad, CEO of H.U.E. Lofts at Art Central. "There's such a critical mass of cultural and artistic activities migrating to this neighborhood. It is my vision to cater to those empty nesters, baby boomers, young couples, and artisans who want to own where the action is, where they can have a conveniently located residence in the heart of the emerging art district. They will have the best seat in the house," said Haddad

Hue Lofts is located on Charleston and Third street, just minutes from McCarran international airport, world class shopping, golfing and dining. Lofts range in size from 800 square feet for a one bedroom up to 1,200 square. H.U.E. Lofts will feature: hard-wood floors; an upstairs master bedroom overlooking the living area; units pre-wired for WiFi connectivity, surround sound and other hi-tech features; large terraces; and 8,500 square feet of flexible art gallery space for meetings and parties. Amenities include a grass area above the garage for pet walks; a movie theater; a valet-notification system; designated scooter and moped parking; and a rooftop pool and Jacuzzi.

"I'm building a high-rise that redefines the downtown skyline," Haddad said of his 400-foot tall skyscraper. "This project creates a new urban experience where lifestyle is an art form. I want people to marvel at this artistic design that offers the rare opportunity to possess and inhabit contemporary architecture and breathtaking beauty. The lobby and roof top deck will feature rotating art exhibitions and highlight works from local and regional artists and musicians."

The project is tentatively scheduled to break ground in November 2005 with an opening in early 2007.
