Galileo Las Vegas

Galileo is a planned 324-unit mid-rise community with a $220 million budget designed as a luxury villa overlooking a lagoon surrounded by landscaping and the golf course greens of Lake Las Vegas Resort in Henderson. Galileo will consist of nine mid-rise buildings, anywhere from 2 to 4 stories, parking below. Floor plans for the mid-rises will start at 1,300 square feet and go up to 2,500 square feet. Prices have not yet been determined.

The resort-style development will offer views of the lake and mountains, as well as personalized services and amenities, all within the luxury resort setting of Lake Las Vegas Resort. Galileo at Lake Las Vegas will feature a six-level lagoon with a series of waterfalls and fountains surrounded by trees, plants and flowers.

Residents will receive silver memberships within the Lake Las Vegas Resort community with special access to its golf courses, spas and health clubs as part of the amenities package Galileo will offer.

An on-site sales center opens this summer.
