Evolution Lofts will be located on 3rd street near the art district in downtown Las Vegas. The project is slated to have two towers, the tallest being 47 stories. The project is being developed by Boulevard Properties and the Greenwald Group.
Rising in the heart of Las Vegas' highly touted Gateway Arts District will be Evolution Lofts a project that will help set the standard for the phenomenal growth occurring in the downtown area. It structural design is very unique with a sweeping sail across the roof and a dramatic circular opening planned for the summit of the towers, Evolution Lofts is sure to have presence in the emerging downtown Las Vegas skyline when complete.
Evolution lofts residential high-rise towers combined will have over 430 units all featuring spacious, light-filled lofts with dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies offering breathtaking views of the Sierra Mountains or the Vegas Strip. Evolution Lofts will offer a total of 19 different floor plans to choose from. Lofts range in size from 806 for a one bedroom to over 2,100 square feet for a penthouse.
