Manhattanization Insertion Order

To begin advertising with Manhattanization, please download the PDF Insertion Order and the Advertising Terms and Conditions below. Print, complete, and sign Insertion Order. Print the Advertising Terms and Conditions, initial each page, and sign the last page. Fax your completed document set to your designated ad representative or directly to us at (702) 926 9520.

Since advertising is limited and delegated on a first-come first-serve basis, we use the timestamp on our fax machine for completed and valid advertising orders to determine reservation sequencing. A valid and complete advertising order includes a completed Insertion Order, a completed and Advertising Terms and Conditions document, and a photocopy of your check for the first month of your advertising contract. Upon approval, your advertising space will typically be held for 5 business days while we wait for your check to arrive and clear.
